Domaine Cordaillat is a family domain, founded in 1995 by Michel Cordaillat and his wife Chantal. It covers 7 hectares of AOC Reuilly vineyards. Intent on cultivating the vine in harmony with its environment, they pay special attention to the way this is done: sustainable wine growing. Reuilly is one of the smallest AOC of Loire Valley. The vines of Reuilly were first harvested in the 7th century. King Dagobert presented the grapevines as a gift to the monks of the Saint Denis Abbey. Today, this AOC covers 150 hectares and the vines are planted on chalky-limestone or on gravelly sand soils.
