The Domaine du Bouchot is situated in the village of Saint-Andelain, in the Nievre department of central France. Our 10 hectares of vines are planted in chalky, clayey soil facing south-west. A father-and-son partnership combines experience with modern wine-making techniques to help our dry, fruity white wines express all their richness and subtlety.
