A farmer, after 26 years of growing grapes for some of the Napa’s finest wineries, Doug Hill started Hill Family Estate in 2001 in partnership with his wife Darci, and children, Ryan and Carly.  As a longtime vineyard manager in the valley, Doug is able to source grapes from a number of select vineyards for use in Hill Family Estate wines and currently custom crashes their grapes at Laird Family Winery.  And they are very pleased to have Alison Green-Doran as winemaker.
