
Since 1610, generations of the Ginglinger family have devoted themselves to the production of quality wine on their small estate. The family grows their grapes organically and picks each harvest entirely by hand to ensure quality. In 1998 the intensive study of the ground and its mineral, animal, and vegetal composition. Great care was taken to ensure a proper balance of the soil. The result was a meticulous and dynamic system which is reliant upon terrestrial and celestial influences on the growing of grapes.
