JVin du Lac Winery was founded in 2002 and it is located in Lake Chelan, WA on a hilltop bluff rising 200 feet above Lake Chelan, with superb views of the lake, Chelan Butte, and the town of Chelan. It is within the new Lake Chelan Valley AVA. All of the lots are very small, reflecting a careful, demanding process for selecting vineyard plots and grapes for Vin du Lac wines. The setting of the winery, nestled amongst vineyard and orchard, is serene and romantic. It is a creative effort of proprietors Larry Lehmbecker and Michaela Markusson.
